Having a solid and secure Microsoft 365 platform really is the key to keeping your business operating and growing. It facilitates better communication amongst your staff as well as with your customers. Your emails and files can be accessed on any device, from anywhere, absolutely securely. Not only will we put this in place for you, we’ll provide guidance on how to best utilise it, and then manage it for you.
Our agent software is downloaded onto your PCs, laptops, Macs and servers. This reports back to our Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) system which discretely monitors a whole host of system components and services. It generates an alert for us if something is amiss. This includes failing hard drives, fans, high temperatures, application crashes, system services not working and numerous other issues that prevent you from working properly. Our reliable software then allows us to connect to your computer and operate it just as if we were sitting in front of it. It’s “unattended”, meaning that it doesn’t require any interaction from you or your staff. This is ideal for us to get to work quickly without anyone needing to be present. It also facilitates out-of-hours work. As part of your ongoing relationship with us, we’ll also keep all of your security systems up-to-date and appropriately managed, substantially improving the reliability of your IT too.
